These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoodShout mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement.
04Nature of the Service
The Service provides a free prediction league platform where users may submit predictions, participate in leagues and compare results with other users.
The Service:
- Is free to use
- Does not facilitate gambling
- Does not accept wagers
- Does not hold user funds
- Does not provide betting services
- Does not offer cash prizes unless expressly stated otherwise
05User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensuring account information remains accurate
- All activities conducted through their account
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.
06User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Impersonate another person
- Harass, threaten or abuse other users
- Upload malicious software or code
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- Interfere with operation of the Service
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or competitions
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour
07User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display and process such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for content submitted through your account.
08Leagues and Rankings
League standings, scores and rankings are generated automatically according to the rules and scoring systems established by the Service.
We reserve the right to correct errors, recalculate rankings and amend results where necessary.
Our decisions regarding scoring integrity and platform administration are final.
09Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, designs, logos, content and functionality, is owned by or licensed to GoodShout PL Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
10Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical failures
- Security incidents
- Third-party service disruptions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
11Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- These Terms are breached
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Security concerns arise
- Required by law
Users may stop using the Service and delete their account at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of predictions
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
13Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, GoodShout PL Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Loss of business opportunity
- Loss arising from service interruptions
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall be limited to £100.
14Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodShout PL Ltd from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
15Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
17Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19Dispute Resolution
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
